Jarmo's background includes 16 years as Royal LePage's London manager, where he was involved in 10,000 real estate transactions, hundreds of corporate relocations and helped develop careers for 150 of London's Real Estate Professionals.

In 1998, Jarmo returned to his first love - helping people like you buy or sell homes! He was recognized for his success by achieving the "Platinum Award" in 2001, 2003, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 AND 2013- reserved for the top 5% of Royal LePage salespeople in Canada. As well, he achieved the "President's Gold Award" from 1999 - 2011 inclusive - reserved for the top 10% of Royal LePage salespeople in Canada and has been awarded the Lifetime Award of Excellence!
